What the day will look like

Commercial Risk Solutions (CRS) is currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Client Service Advisor to join our busy National and Specialty (N&S) Division. Reporting to the Client Service Executive, the Senior Client Service Advisor will be responsible for servicing a range of National clients and be part of a passionate dynamic team.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of varied businesses within a busy and pro-active broking environment
• Managing clients’ renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, promptly dealing with general day to day client and carrier queries and administrative duties pertaining to same
• Providing support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims
• Providing assistance as required and collaborate with colleagues across a range of general lines products
• Reviewing policy wording schedule and endorsements
• Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues through the delivery of a market leading service
• Securing and retaining clients by providing an excellent service
• Assisting the N&S team and other Aon colleagues to continually deliver an excellent service
• Participation in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clients
• Expanding and sharing knowledge and capabilities
• Maintaining the utmost standards of compliance and adherence to broking best-practice
• Complying with all management audit and compliance requirements
• Other duties that may arise as the business requires

The Senior Client Service Advisor will have the chance to work for one of the biggest global insurance broker services, facing and dealing with high level skills of clients in a wide range of different industries, such as hospitality & leisure, retail, construction, manufacturing, property owners/developers and real estate. Working in a commercial environment, you will be supported by a similar minded professional individuals and motivated dynamic team.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Few years of relevant commercial broking experience
• Comply, on an ongoing basis, with the minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank, including but not limited to:
• To be CIP qualified (minimum) Progress to MDI or ACII (desirable)
• Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards
• Provide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year)
• Have a desire to improve knowledge across a range of General insurance products
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver on objectives
• Have a strong customer focus and a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
