Role Overview:
As a Senior Marketing & Campaign Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies and driving the success of campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing plans that resonate with target audience, boost brand awareness, and drive sales. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your creativity and strategic thinking will directly impact the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
- Analyse campaign performance and ROI, using insights to optimise future strategies and tactics.
- Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, landing pages, and promotional assets.
- Manage external agencies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
