Start your journey.As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll become an authority on our market and customers, the competitive landscape, and, most importantly, our product value. You’ll collaborate across our product and leadership teams to craft and implement go-to-market strategies and plans that drive growth and adoption. You are curious, a creative thinker, collaborator, and a problem solver. In this high-impact role you will help to drive significant prospect and customer awareness of our portfolio, and sales growth and customer adoption globally.What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:Act as the subject matter expert for your product areas from positioning through to sales enablement.Establish and own the go-to-market plans for several product areas, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to complete go-to-market plans.Build product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with customers and the market, tell a story, and differentiates us in the market.You will use industry, market and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market campaigns globally and locally.Be hands-on, delivering both strategic and executional work.You will create and maintain a sales enablement bill of materials, building a growing set of marketing tools and content to support demand generation, client lifecycle marketing, and sales and account development.You will evolve and optimize your approach and execution based on results as well as partner inputs.Work closely with the Product Management and Product Marketing leadership team, sales reps, and internal subject-matter experts to effectively represent the customer perspective.Most importantly, you will be an evangelist and cross-functional leader who unites marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to drive business results.What We’re Looking For:5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization, enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud.Product Marketing Alliance Core or equivalent certified.Have a bias for action and the ability to define and execute go-to-market plans.Understand different cultures and are comfortable adjusting your communication style and working practices to accommodate different levels within the organisation.Are comfortable working in dynamic environments and have a high tolerance for ambiguity, seeking to unravel complexity and to lead and define new processes, answers and solutions.Demonstrate a positive relationship ethos with sales, account management, product and marketing orgs.Exhibit critical and very structured thinking.
