We have delivered significant growth in our core business and. we have ambitious plans for continued growth over the next five years.WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLEWorking in the Solution Delivery team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of successful projects by providing strong technical knowledge within the Microsoft technology stack, namely but not limited to Azure IaaS, Azure PaaS and Microsoft EMS security suite.The successful candidate will work closely with all ICT teams to implement technical solutions aligned with the agreed technical design and Ornua’s cloud first strategy.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Work with solution architects to analyse, design and implement Azure IaaS solutions that meet business requirements.

• Provide documentation and knowledge transfers to service desk and infrastructure teams.

• Provide 3rd-level support and advanced troubleshooting for Azure and on-premise services.

• Implement cloud-specific security policies, standards and procedures e.g. Azure tenant management and configuration, enterprise apps, SSO and conditional access management.

• Identify new and emerging technologies that would benefit both the Business and ICT Teams.

• Actively participate in project meetings and provide technical solutions to project challenges.

• Work with the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to address problem tickets within the ITIL framework.

• Manage multiple tasks to deadlines, communicate progress regularly and participate in project planning meetings.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104) or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).

• 5+ years’ experience in an Azure engineering or technical architect role.

• Experienced in automating tasks and managing Microsoft environments via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

• Excellent knowledge in architecting, configuring, and deploying solutions across Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.

• Strong Azure IaaS, Entra ID and on-premise infrastructure knowledge.

• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in Azure, including IAM, RBAC, network security, and Azure resources data plane security.

• Experience in drafting technical documentation and explaining technical problems and solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven commitment to continuous technical development within Microsoft’s technology stack.

• Highly motivated, learn quickly on your own initiative within a challenging and dynamic team environment.

• A proactive manner and the ability to work comfortably within a team environment.

• Understanding project delivery and service delivery methodology – PRINCE 2 and ITIL is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail.
