The Role:
- Build personal book of business with Aviation clients.
- Meet or exceed target fee’s & KPI’s, through development of long-term client relationships.
- Source high – quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
- Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts. Identify new business opportunities within the aviation sector by researching market trends and attending industry events.
- Take ownership for personal and professional development
- Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area.
- Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations.
- Manage recruitment administration tasks including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes which align to the client.
Skills required:
- Strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Proven experience in Aviation Recruitment ideally, Aircraft Lessors.
- Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
- Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude
- Customer centric
- Is proficient in working off own initiative.
- Open on qualifications, industry experience is more important.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
