The Role:

  • Build personal book of business with Aviation clients.
  • Meet or exceed target fee’s & KPI’s, through development of long-term client relationships.
  • Source high – quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts. Identify new business opportunities within the aviation sector by researching market trends and attending industry events.
  • Take ownership for personal and professional development
  • Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area.
  • Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations.
  • Manage recruitment administration tasks including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes which align to the client.

Skills required:

  • Strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience in Aviation Recruitment ideally, Aircraft Lessors.
  • Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
  • Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude
  • Customer centric
  • Is proficient in working off own initiative.
  • Open on qualifications, industry experience is more important.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
