Overview.

Komatsu Mining Technologies (KMT) has recently appointed a new Vice President for their Australasian business. Helen is excited to be joining the executive team as she leads them through an exciting phase of strategic change.

You’ll be supporting a hands-on executive as well as the wider executive management team as they execute a complex strategy that requires involvement from all levels and divisions of the business.

Responsibilities & requirements.

• Meeting and diary coordination

• Travel management and associated tasks

• Coordinate customer meetings and events

• Preparation of communications and presentations

• General office administration duties

• Project support

• High attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• MS Office Suite, experience using Ai
