WORK LOCATION: This is a virtual home based role. Permanently working from home from any province in Ireland. You MUST be located in Ireland.

About the Role

In this virtual position, you’ll be the bridge between Amazon and our selling partners, providing expert guidance and support across multiple communication channels. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Resolve seller and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Navigate various software tools to research and address complex issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance seller experiences

  • Develop deep knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace ecosystem and policies

As part of your role, you will:

  • Support Amazon’s selling partners in resolving issues via phone, email, and chat

  • Manage high volumes of communications efficiently and effectively

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Build positive relationships with sellers and vendors

  • Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining high standards of service

  • Any other duties and special projects as directed by management in keeping with the employee’s skills and experience

A day in the life

Your typical day might include:

  • Answering calls from sellers seeking guidance on listing products or resolving account issues

  • Researching and responding to email inquiries about Amazon’s policies and procedures

  • Collaborating with team members via video chat to solve complex seller problems

  • Participating in virtual training sessions to stay updated on new features and best practices

  • Identifying trends in seller inquiries to suggest process improvements

  • Proficiency (C1/C2 level) in English and Dutch

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Intermediate technical skills with Windows, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools
