The ACS Pacesetters membership is made up of Contract Security Guarding Companies who are in the top 15% benchmarking and achievement levels set by the Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor Scheme.Duties of a Mobile Security Operations Support Manager will include:Ensure staff, property and other assets are secureManaging Samsic Out of hours controlManaging the Mobile Division Out of hoursCompleting handoversProduce accurate reports as and when requiredConduct sufficient internal and external patrolsResponding to Customer Premises Alarm ActivationManage access and egressResponding to emergenciesEssential Requirements:Current SIA Licence – Door Supervisor or Security GuardingFull UK Driver’s License (Age 21 and over with no more than 6 points)Excellent verbal communication skills, pleasant manner, approachable, clearly spokenHave a working knowledge of Health & SafetyExperience in managing a teamComputer literacy of at least a good levelDemonstrates good observation skillsDemonstrates a flexible attitude to changing working hours and patternsIn order to work for Samsic you MUST fulfil the following criteria:Have a current SIA Licence (DS or SG), CCTV desirableHave a Full UK Drivers License (age 21 and over with no more than 6 points)Have an unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 monthsHave a five-year checkable history (Providing a HMRC 3 Year Work History record at your interview)** Due to the high volume of applications, we receive we have to insist that the ideal candidates’ CV MUST contain a full 5-year history back from today with MONTH and YEAR clearly displayed for start and finish times of each employment period including your most current role.
