This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Securities Finance Client Service Administrator to join our Securities Finance team. This role is in London or Manchester. HybridIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Working with a team of Client Service Administrator peers, you will provide industry leading service to Securities Finance clients in support of their program satisfaction.
  • In conjunction with Securities Finance Relationship Managers, you will work with Securities Finance clients to ensure swift response to their needs, including, but not limited to: addressing queries and requests, performing reporting, and assisting with program enhancements.
  • You will support the onboarding of new relationships and the expansion of existing relationships, leading to increased revenue for the Securities Finance department.
  • You will liaise with operational and technology teams and traders to coordinate service to the client, learning about all aspects of the Securities Finance program through broad exposure to individuals in the business.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Team players who can work with internal and external clients in a collaborative manner
  • Ability to handle deadline driven tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong PC skills – including Microsoft Excel. Experience with Global One a plus.
  • Knowledge of Securities Lending, financial acumen, and experience in the financial services industry a plus
