Your Role
We are looking for a driven Operational Care Specialist where you will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to arrange and approve value added services (VAS) for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
Organizing transport based on the customer promise and lowest costs.
Coordinating with the customer on specific pick-up/drop off location and time.
Facilitating permits and documents for customs.
Arranging other VAS such as fumigation, stuffing, certificate of origin, etc.
Performing all commination with vendors with exception of carriers.
Updating of systems status and upload documents relating to KN services.
Attending to Dangerous Goods approvals. #LI-DNI

Experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
An understanding of the local market and regulations within the industry.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
Prior exposure with balancing stakeholders and managing conflict.
