Essential skills/ experience::This Role will act as a Digital Technical Lead and will play a key role in Digital Feature Team(s) to support the continuing growth of the bank, heading up a large on-site team of highly skilled developers.Essential Skills –

• Significant Experience developing Enterprise level solutions.

• Proven skills in software development

• A track record of technical experience and delivery in the Digital space – Mobile / Web and associated technologies (like IOS, Angular, Java Kafka)

• Advanced knowledge of Agile/SCRUM development working practices

• Advanced knowledge Agile toolsets (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and nurture colleagues inside the feature team

• Negotiation and Influencing skills to ensure workable feature delivery within time and budgetary constraints

• Knowledge of Customer System/Banking System/API Integration would be an added advantage
