Are you a passionate Scrum Master looking to make an impact in a dynamic IT consultancy? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Master to join our team, helping drive successful delivery of cutting-edge projects across various industries.Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead and manage Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Team Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure they are fully engaged, focused, and delivering high-quality results.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address any roadblocks that could hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect, adapt, and enhance their workflows.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other key players to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team performance, using metrics to drive efficiency and project success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile tools – Azure DevOps is ESSENTIAL for this role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
• Experience working in an IT consultancy is a plus, but not essential.
