Role-: Scrum masterLocation- Reading UK / Hybrid (2 days a week in office)Contract Inside IR35 on umbrella Key responsibilities
Deliver and Maintain roadmap plan at feature level in collaboration with Product owner
Mobilise and Run governance and quality management
Coach delivery squad on best Agile practices in conjunction with PMO
Ensure transition from discovery to Delivery
Liaise with all relevant stakeholders
Support leadership at programme level to help define and realise the most value from inflight product deliveries
Manage Squad level risks, issues, dependencies including documentation and escalate where appropriate
Coach Product Owner and Delivery team in becoming high performing delivery team
Manage all scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective and backlog refinements sessions)
Participate in Release Train
Work with PMO to set up Scrum board (Azure Devops) for FY22-23
Aid Product owner with maintaining product backlog
Manage all aspects of releases to Production
Manage the reporting to Practice Lead and PMO
Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision-making and support the organizational project or product teams
Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
