This job includes the following responsibilities:

• Certified Scrum Master *minimum CSM or PSM certification with PSM 2 being advantageous
• 5 plus years’ experience operating within large software development projects
• Understanding of Microservice projects
• Good technical skills in JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of DevOps approaches and working practices
• Coach higher levels of agile and scrum maturity
• Kanban/Scrum
• Ability to orchestrate across 2 or 3 agile development teams
• Outcome and customer focused
• An understanding of the financial services industry, particularly retail banking and lending products is an advantage
• SAFe experience is an advantage
