This job includes the following responsibilities:
- Certified Scrum Master *minimum CSM or PSM certification with PSM 2 being advantageous
- 5 plus years’ experience operating within large software development projects
- Understanding of Microservice projects
- Good technical skills in JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of DevOps approaches and working practices
- Coach higher levels of agile and scrum maturity
- Kanban/Scrum
- Ability to orchestrate across 2 or 3 agile development teams
- Outcome and customer focused
- An understanding of the financial services industry, particularly retail banking and lending products is an advantage
- SAFe experience is an advantage
