Scrum MasterTogether with other Scrum Masters you implement and improve the Scrum method within our department. You are the scrummaster of two scrum teams, you help the team (and its team members) to improve themselves as much as possible to make progress and improvement and to deliver them with higher quality by removing obstacles (impediments).You will work in the Investing team within the Mobile & internet Grid. You help the teams look for collaboration with other teams within Digital Banking and the rest of the bank. You have the necessary technical knowledge to be able to understand and challenge the team. The teams consist of team members in both Amsterdam and India.You work closely with the Engineering Lead to ensure good team dynamics and the right focus on delivery. Distance is not an issue for you. From Amsterdam to India, you know how to connect well with the people in your team and know how to forge a real team despite these distances.Apart from all your daily tasks, you actively contribute to the development of agile ideas within ABN AMRO.We are looking for professionals with a passion for IT who are able to make teams perform better. You are social and have experience with group dynamics, in a role as a coach. For us, the ideal Scrum Master is focused on change and able to realize this change. You bring people together and ensure that they can achieve results with each other in a safe environment, but that they can certainly also make mistakes. Through your active coaching you bring individual and team to a higher level.
