Job Name: Scrum MasterEssential skills/ experience:: As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role within Agile Value Streams. Acting as a Servant Leader you will assist self-organising feature teams to deliver incremental customer value for the Product Owner.Key Responsibilities
- Act as Servant Leader for Agile Feature Teams.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review and Sprint Retro.
- Bump up Blockers, Risks and progress via the Value Stream Sync.
- Guide the Feature Team through PI Planning and PI Execution.
- Support the Product Owner and Tech Lead with backlog management for both Business and Technical stories.
- Facilitate the removal of impediments and help to improve Flow throughout the Route to Live.
- Coach the team to improve Velocity and Flow through Sprint Retros and Continuous Improvement.
- Manage Risks and Blockers following standard bank governance.
- Support adoption of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles and Agile Mindset throughout the Value Stream and the wider Change organisation.”
