JD:As a Scrum master:. must be able to configure, manage Scrum dashboards.. Review JIRA for updates, accuracy, manage JIRA w.r.t SCRUM metrics, velocity, burntdown charts, story point estimation and be familiar with all Scrum concepts like Scrum of Scrum calls, Daily standup meetings, manage the team on scrum priciples adherence and get aligned to Clients Agile/Scrum requirements.. demo to business to be planned with end of each sprint. work with product owner, Program manager and able to achieve the project sprint goals, objectives, conduct sprint retrospection calls, work with product owner to get the requirements baselined in JIRAAs a project manager :. must be able to under the definition of done and manage the team goals to achieve the Sprint objectives. Work with dependant team and align and manage the teams sprint deliverables and coordinate with QA team member to plan and finalize Test cases, testing schedules, release schedules, get the automation QA scripts ready for the project.. Need to align , understand and work with client team on scope, targets, Agile process to adhere to etc
