Are you ready to be part of something new and innovating? An exciting opportunity to chase the miracles of science by joining the Autoimmune Diabetes (T1D) journey for Sanofi as an Early Detection Lead. As part of the newly formed medical team in the UK your skills could be critical to accelerating Sanofi’s progress as you will be leading the strategy for monitoring and using the latest innovation for a new product launch in this therapy area.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the local screening and monitoring strategy and programs leveraging partnerships and innovative techniques (advanced analytics, AI for people at risk profiling)

• Co-design a data-driven monitoring strategy to identify and monitor patients progressing through different stages of T1D and / or people at risk of T1D

• Be the voice of the UK in the global early detection strategy

• Identify and drive strategic external partnerships

• Collaborating with Patient Experience team to inform the end-to-end patient journey development

• Coordinate and work closely with the field medical teams on the implementation of the end-to-end patient / person-at-risk journey

• Collecting and sharing the best practices with the country and Global teams

About you

• Advanced degree or PhD relevant to the field of Rare or Autoimmune Disease

• Previously involved in patient identification and data analysis

• A good communicator, collaborative to enable positive cross functional and global team cooperation

• Work in an agile way, being creative with a self driven, results orientated mindset for value creation

• Strong PMO skills to lead, simplify and move large complex programs quickly

• Written and verbal English language ability
