  • Deployment of a diverse range of process analytical technologies (PAT) to develop, optimize, monitor, and control pharmaceutical processes, with emphasis on continuous processes.
  • Spectroscopic method validation/implementation/revalidation and model maintenance
  • On-going support of commercial manufacturing activities utilizing continuous manufacturing processes and real-time release testing
  • Data collection, multivariate data analysis for spectroscopy/process data, data interpretation, trending, and report generation
  • Authoring, reviewing, and approving technical documentation, including reports, protocols, work instructions, SOPs, etc.
  • Assist with resolution of quality investigations.
  • Work with supervisor to develop tools and standards for department functions.

Qualifications

  • Holds a master’s degree in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, or related scientific field with at least 2 years of relevant hands-on academic and/or industry experience in advanced process analytical technologies & spectroscopy. A Phd is a plus.
  • Proven knowledge/experience on Process Analytical Technology.
  • Experience in spectroscopy (RAMAN, NIR, UV).
  • Experience with HPLC.
  • Proven knowledge of working within cGMP’s.
  • Possess fluent communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively and give presentations to senior management.
