Main responsibilities for this role:
- Collaborating with relevant teams to rectify any HR and Payroll discrepancies or inaccuracies promptly
- Ensuring that the IT system serves as the main source of truth for employee data
- Implementing data quality checks and controls to guarantee accurate and reliable information for payroll processing
- Ensure HRMIS data is accurate, up to date and create the annual payroll
- Reviewing payroll reports generated by the system to confirm that all changes have been accurately captured
- Providing approvals for payroll processing based on the reviewed reports
- Approving changes in the IT system and ensuring the accuracy of information before it is processed in payroll
- Investigating and addressing discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
- Liaison with Finance team on reconciliation

- Proven experience in HR and payroll data management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries efficiently
- Experience of developing and delivering internal user training
