Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Lead with expertise in the mining sector to oversee and optimize the O2C process within our SAP environment. This role will involve managing the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP O2C functionalities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and mining industry best practices.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for source-to-pay processes, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients

• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and work instructions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and technology advancements

• Provide expertise in SAP S4 HANA and Ariba, including configuration, testing, and training

• Support the integration of Maximo and Fieldglass with SAP S4 HANA and Ariba

• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs, utilizing SAP S4 HANA and Ariba functionality

• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, focusing on source-to-pay processes and system functionality

• Participate in project teams to implement new processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve source-to-pay processes and systems

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements, and develop business cases to support these initiatives

Required technical and professional expertise

• 5+ years of experience in source-to-pay process management, with a focus on direct and indirect procurement

• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and Ariba, including configuration, testing, and training

• Experience with Maximo integration and Fieldglass is preferred

• Industry experience in Refineries is preferred

• Strong business process knowledge across the end-to-end procure-to-pay value chain

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred technical and professional experience

· Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma

· Certification in SAP S4 HANA or Ariba

· Experience with cloud-based procurement platforms and solutions

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as OSHA or EPA regulations
