Job description:We are looking for SAP Program Manager (Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Technology Transformation Program).HR Technology requires an experienced SAP Manager to lead our client global transformation over 2024 and 2025.Experience in SAP Success Factors for the core HR platform and is implementing SAP Recruitment and Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform.The Technology Programme Management job is accountable for delivery of Technology Programmes, Business Change Programme, or delivery of critical Technology-only programmes within a Technology Portfolio.This Job manages change initiation, design and delivery and is accountable for successful delivery of the programme and ensuring benefits realisation.This job may be based in one or more Technology disciplines such as mobile, digital, security, core banking, micro services, operations readiness, service introduction, capacity management or architecture.This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:

• Manage programme strategy and the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes

• Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination

• Delivery, governance & reporting to stakeholders including the Product owner in the business, head of a service line or Product within Technology

• Drive the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank

• Ensure Technology programmes align to client strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic aims

• Ensuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme

• Manage programme budgets, including headcount and software delivery capitalization

• Manage negotiation with and management of, and service agreement monitoring of third-party contracts with Technology suppliers

• Manage the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practices

• Manage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization
