Working arrangements: Candidates must work from Services Australia’s offices in one of the identified locations a minimum of 3 days per week. Flexible working from home arrangements granted on a case by case basis.
Length of contract: 12 Months
Contract extensions: 2 x 12 months
Security clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline
Rates: $100 – $130 per hour (inc. super)
Services Australia is seeking development professionals to design, create, test and document software systems and applications in accordance with agreed development and security standards and processes. Development leads oversee and report on the delivery of software and development projects. They are responsible for the identification and management of resources required for project delivery. Development Leads play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships to drive the implementation of projects at the operational level
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:

responsible for delivery of an optimal strategic system landscape
-
oversee the design, installation and operation of the ICT system instance landscape, client and transport processes
-
provide broad technical support for project build, test and solution deployment activities
-
oversee all non-functional platform capabilities, including job scheduling, output management, email, archiving, technical security, technical connectivity between software components
-
liaise with the infrastructure team in the design, procurement and deployment of hardware and related assets
-
oversee the regular maintenance of patches and support packages for all technical layers
-
oversee the operation of backup, high availability and disaster recovery solutions for ICT systems
-
oversee the management of data archiving to forecast infrastructure growth
-
oversee the operations of teams, including providing a clear sense of direction, setting work priorities and managing resources
-
set direction by contributing and aligning to local business plans and ICT strategies
-
drive innovation, continuous improvement and manage and lead change
-
proactively share knowledge and expertise as the subject matter expert, and provide assistance and mentorship to less experienced staff
-
collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes information
-
prepare a range of technical documentation and reports
Primary Technologies:
-
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Modules.
-
Experience in the implementation & configuration of S/4 HANA Modules in an on-premise environment.
-
Experience in developing on S/4 HANA.
-
Experience with SAP CRM and PSCD application migration to S/4 HANA, including data migration and process transformation.

Experience with alternative migration strategies and tools, and ability to assess their suitability to a variety of use cases & scenarios]
