• Working on Incidents, functional changes (incl. projects) and service requests.
• Advising clients using your expertise on the SAP FICO modules
• Analyzing, recording and resolving Incidents/service requests
• If needed involve 3rd line support for resolving these incidents/service requests
• Informing user of ticket status.

You match the following skills

• Strong academic background in financial and management accounting.
• Experience in production, revenue, and lease accounting is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful SAP ERP implementations in both OnPrem and Cloud environments, demonstrating a solid level of technical expertise.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and continuously improving installed ERP systems (OnPrem and Cloud).
• Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO): Expertise in AA (Asset Accounting), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), Banking, GL (General Ledger), Credit Management, and Inventory.
• Management Accounting: Proficiency in CO-OVH (Overhead Management), CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), CO-PC (Product Costing), and cost of sales.
• IFRS 15: Revenue recognition expertise.
• IFRS 16: Lease accounting (both incoming and outgoing).
• Basic understanding of IDoc, ABAP, validation and substitution, custom fields and logic (for Cloud), and APIs
