SAP Finance – Senior/Lead Consultant in Remote, Australia

The Role:

We have a contract available for a skilled and experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join our Finance Stream. You will be working on the discovery and ramp-up of a larger project. Ideally your are Perth based but we may consider a remote resource with some travel required for key project deliverables.

What you will be doing

• Provide thought leadership to our customers in SAP Financials through active engage-ment and relationship building with customers and SAP

• Work closely with customers to analyse requirements, design and develop fit-for-purpose SAP solutions leveraging industry and platform best practices

• Configuration of the relevant financial components of the solution

• Testing and Data Migration activities

• Support during the post Go-Live phase

• Lead SAP Financials-related projects

• Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions where efficiencies can be achieved

• Work with our customers to develop their SAP Roadmap to ensure continued alignment of the solution to the business

Your qualifications and experience

• Minimum of seven years experience consulting in SAP Finance, ideally in an Australian setting in the resources industry

• Tertiary qualifications in commerce/finance/accounting or related degree

• Experience in private and public cloud implementations

• SAP Certifications in Finance would be an additional plus

• Ability to actively identify and improve SAP solutions, processes and functionality

• Strong analytical, configuration and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Consulting excellence in a customer-facing position
