Are you a seasoned SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expert looking for a new challenge that will leverage your skills and experience to drive business transformation? We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Integration Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the 1LMX (One Lockheed Martin) Transformation program.

As a key member of our team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our HR payroll processes. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Optimize and Streamline: Utilize your expertise in SAP ECP to design and implement efficient solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional customers, technical teams, and product management, to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs
  • Grow and Develop: Expand your skillset through hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and processes

Responsibilities

  • System Configuration and Support: Configure and support the ECP system to ensure seamless integration with existing processes
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications
  • Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that meet business needs
  • Project Management: Coordinate with product management on funding and priorities, estimate development efforts, and manage change requests

Basic Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECP modules, including Payroll processing and configuration, Payroll rules and regulations, reporting and analytics
  • Experience in SAP ECP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment (e.g. SAP GUI, Eclipse, etc.)
  • Experience with data migration and conversion from legacy systems to SAP ECP
  • Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and payroll

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Agile Hive, Confluence
  • Strong SQL Skills
  • Proficiency in SAP ECP configuration and implementation tools (e.g. SAP GUI, Eclipse, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data migration and conversion tools (e.g. SAP Data Services, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP ECP data structures and data mapping, upgrade and patch management processes
  • Understanding of SAP ECP integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
  • Experience with SAP ECP integration with other SAP modules (e.g. Employee Central, Time Management, etc.); knowledge of SAP HCM

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 – $161,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
