Your Role
As an SAP Administrator, you will join our Business Applications team to provide SAP support to the business. You will be responsible for managing day to day SAP support activities by engaging with business users, SAP consultants and support team members to deliver solutions that solve business problems. Your primary role will consist of resolving SAP support requests, linking in with our US partners for additional support when required. You will be responsible for the analysation and testing of business process within the SAP environment to improve efficiencies and ensure the system capabilities are being fully utilised. Using your SAP expertise, you will create documentation including system design specs and process maps, in addition to supporting in system training.
The role will be based at our Mascot office, with flexible working arrangements available.
About You

Demonstrated experience in an SAP administration role

Strong cross-functional engagement skills

Demonstrated experience developing and creating documentation and processes

Proven written and verbal communication skills

Ability to obtain an AGSVA security clearance.
