This position will support the Project Manager to develop and implement process changes / guidelines / training related to quality control and departmental efficiency by coordinating with other team leads and colleagues working on the same customer projects.Your every day…

• Manage a team of successful sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching, training and feedback; Delegating tasks effectively
• Performance Management, setting clear expectations
• Providing forecasts and reviews
• Reporting, presenting report to internal and external stakeholders

What you need…

• Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher).
• Minimum of 1 year experience successfully leading a team
• Minimum of 2 years’s experience in a sales role
• Solution driven mentality and effective time management skills
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, patience, coaching and leadership
