RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and handling inquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and support to enhance the customer buying experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer service through various communication channels.

• Previous experience in sales support, retail, or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
