Sales Rep / Business DeveloperCeltic Careers has partnered with a successful company currently hiring a Business Developer for the Munster region to join their Sales Team.If you are currently looking for a sales-focused role where you can solely concentrate on selling and generating new business without the added responsibilities of account management this role may be for you.Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your main responsibilities will include market research, pinpointing areas for business growth, devising effective sales strategies, and securing long term engagements with clients for this company’s products and services. The company services a vast array of industries including trade and industrial sectors, catering, hospitality, health care, pharmaceutical and high-tech sectors as well as selling their products into aviation and logistics businesses.Responsibilities include:
- Researching the target market and identifying business development opportunities.
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to win business.
- Generating and closing new business, focusing on business gain and customer satisfaction.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and ahead of the competition.
- Using the CRM reporting system Salesforce.com, to track and manage sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven record of accomplishment in a sales environment.
- Clear understanding of the consultative selling process.
- Ability to research, analyse market trends, and identify new markets for Workwear.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop a growth strategy.
- Experience with CRM reporting systems, specifically Salesforce.com.
