The Sales Enablement and Operations Analyst learns the sales enablement and sales operations best practices, the value positioning in each market we serve, and acquires sales industry specific knowledge. The analyst utilizes tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Vidyard, and Litmos. The analyst demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn and must be comfortable taking feedback from team members.

The analyst plans and implements projects that support the sales organization, assists the sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information, and works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for qualifying prospects. The analyst is also responsible for insuring accuracy and timeliness of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly sales reporting, dovetailing with our Global Processes. Finally, the analyst will be asked to contribute to marketing initiatives and events in partnership with the marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

Works on sales process and operational improvement and can quickly identify options for solutions to provide in training to the sales team.

Able to identify and prioritize work that will positively affect the sales team’s ability to successfully source new business.

Ability to educate the sales team on best practices for use of sales tools and sales tactics.

Technically proficient and well versed in sales enablement platforms.

Feels comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Proactively leads the execution of research and projects for Market Directors.

Starts to own Case management process in Salesforce and trains Business Development Analysts on proper use.

Successfully follows established procedures on work, requires instructions only on new issues.

Demonstrated expertise on sourcing, sales best practices, and market knowledge.

Ensures accurate and timely regional reporting and pipeline management. across EMEA and APAC in partnership with Sales Operations

Prepares monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting in partnership with the International MD and Regional Sales Leadership

Partners with marketing and sales functions on campaigns, GTM initiatives and events

Special Projects: Take charge of unique projects assigned by the Chief Revenue officer. Responsibilities include meeting deadlines, staying on budget, and aligning with the company’s overall goals.

5+ years of experience as an Analyst or similar role in leading projects or managing complex and matrixed organizations

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
