Position Overview:The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, manage marketing initiatives, and drive revenue growth. Previous sales experience in the hospitality sector is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating business in the hotel industry, a flair for marketing campaigns, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships.The Responsibilities:

• Create and execute targeted sales and marketing plans to drive room bookings, events, and other revenue streams.
• Develop and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns that strengthen the hotel’s brand and visibility.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organisers to generate repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, analyse data, and adjust strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Track and report on sales performance and marketing ROI to the senior leadership team.

The Requirements:

• Previous hotel experience is essential.
• Experience in selling corporate accommodation, conference and meeting rooms, weddings, events, bar and restaurant.
• Good knowledge of hotsoft, Microsoft office, canva & salesforce.
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics.
• Willing to travel locally and occasionally nationally and abroad to corporate trade events.
• A car owner with a full clean driving license
