Location: Staines
Salary: £26,000/29,000 basic + £50,000 OTE
What You’ll Do:

• Drive growth and achieve the largest market share in your area.
• Maximise revenue and expand the property portfolio.
• Build strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Manage branch profit and meet all financial targets.
• Lead and inspire your team through 1:1s, reviews, and team meetings.
• Deliver results through effective team management, planning, and execution.

• Estate Agency Experience: Proven background in sales and customer service.
• Target-Driven: Track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
• Enthusiasm & Positivity: Bring energy and a can-do attitude to your role.
• Organised & Creative: Generate ideas to grow market share and stay ahead of competitors.

• Driver’s Licence: Own a vehicle with a full UK driving licence and insurance for business use.
