As they expand their customer base, they`re looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic team.Position Overview:Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for sales, and is eager to contribute to the success of their sales team.Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product/service offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
• Track and manage lead activity in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
• Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and product developments to enhance performance and provide value to prospects.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent phone etiquette and a passion for building relationships
• Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset
