Some of your Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties to support the Sales Team (e.g., filing, sending emails, answering calls to the sales office, setting up meetings for DOS, copying, opening or distributing mail).

Work closely with the Sales Executive Weddings and Social to co-manage the email inbox, reply to enquiries effectively and manage all expectations of the client

Executes a consistent level of high quality service to customers.

Approaches opportunities with curiosity and open mindedness; displays creativity and innovation.

Responds in a timely manner to all incoming opportunities for business

Refers opportunities to appropriate sales associate if business is outside the wedding and social events parameters/segments

Attends weekly sales meetings, and assists the DOS to take minutes and follow up with team to ensure actions are completed

Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Manage Reporting requests from the DOS
