What You’ll Do:

 

  • Service and Maintenance Planning: Ensure our clients receive top-notch service by planning and coordinating maintenance activities.

  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist with exciting sales and marketing projects, convert inbound leads, and contribute to our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting. You’ll also support our senior sales team.

  • Administrative Excellence: Provide essential office support, from data entry to managing office supplies, equipment procurement, and general office maintenance.

  • Operational Management: Take on operational administrative duties, including assisting the General Manager with service scheduling.

     

Who We’re Looking For:

 

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in inside sales.

  • Skills: You’re extremely organized, punctual, and flexible. Proficiency in Salesforce (SF) and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

  • Communication: You can communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and your attention to detail is second to none.

  • Availability: Able to work 24 hours a week from our vibrant Port Melbourne office.
