We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our passionate, friendly and ambitious team. You will be based in our London office near Liverpool St Station. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing & sales strategies to promote and drive guest engagement of Ludo, Sports Bar & Kitchens (operating as part of Regional Taverns). The Sales & Marketing Manager ensures maximum efficiency in creating and delivering a
successful marketing campaign for the venues across the South-West of England, from Bath to Bristol, Birmingham
to Cardiff, resulting in a clear ROI on every £ spent.EPIC PERKS:

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES

• Create an innovative marketing strategy to drive the awareness of our sport venues and brand
• Create and execute a sales and events business plan for the venue, detailing clear targets and objectives for oneself and the sales team
• Attend networking events, raising the profile of both oneself and the venue within the local community
• Pro- actively build new client relationships to create fresh leads and partnerships
• Responsibility for handling larger and/or more complex enquiries/sales activity 75-100 guests via phone, Collins and email
• Manage the venue’s Collins CRM system
• Manage the online content (web, social, app)
• Manage the Sales and Events executives, providing direction, training and support, and providing clear targets against agreed KPIs.
