Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Sales and Logistics Support CoordinatorAtlas Copco Ireland are seeking a dynamic individual who will be responsible for the coordination of the order process for capital sales in Ireland.The Sales and Logistics Support Coordinator roles involves administrating the process from receipt of order to the delivery of goods, while ensuring that the jobs expectations are consistently and satisfactorily met. Ensuring delivery on time of equipment sales orders, through efficient use of the supply chain.The role:

  • Inputting, coordinating and monitoring the progress of all machines, spare part and accessory orders through to final dispatch and invoice for Ireland (26 Counties)
  • Answering customer telephone queries with respect to deliveries and invoices. Collating any other information required by the customer or sales engineers related to orders and deliveries
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products
  • Assisting in customer queries regarding eCommerce solutions (Shop Online, etc.)
  • Regularly liaising with internal departments and service branches to expedite customer orders on time
  • Checking product availability for customer orders and order or restock items if necessary, to satisfy the customer
  • Coordinating/supervising the stock counts in ROI and control movement of physical equipment stock
  • Investigating any problems with delivery schedules and take appropriate action including arranging the return of faulty or damaged equipment and the arranging of credit notes
  • Flagging any accounting errors and resolving them in a timely manner for month end reporting
  • Managing the Logistics module to ensure SAP and Accounting data is correct and maintain the details of units shipped projects as required
  • Controlling shipping costs to optimize efficiency for local deliveries
  • Liaising with logistic suppliers to arrange collections and deliveries where needed

  • Previous experience of a logistics role
  • Ability to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability along with a willingness to learn and be accountable for your own actions
