Job DescriptionBrook Street Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting several Telephone Sales Agents for a client based in Belfast City Centre.You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers across a wide spectrum of industries in the UK, and you will be selling, and cross-selling products and services,Working for a highly reputable company will give you the training and confidence to make and close the sale. Telephone sales experience is essential for this role.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers, selling, cross-selling and up-selling the clients products and services
• Building professional relationships with customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working to and achieving telesales targets and KPI`s

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Previous outbound telesales experience is ideal but people with sales experience from other areas will be considered
• Experience of asking open and probing questions
• An ambitious and charismatic individual who is self-motivated and resilient
• Strong communication skills
• Be target orientated and self-motivated
• Be comfortable working towards KPI`s and targets

PACKAGE AND BENEFITS

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 34 after 4 years
• Salary £26,900 to -£29,900 depending on experience – this is with uncapped commission
• Top performers earning circa £50,000 – £80,000
