Our client, a promnent and well known nationwide broker, is currently recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team in Ulster.About the companyThis market-leading broker prides itself on putting their customer’s needs first and focusing on helping them achieve their goals while providing professional advice. Your development will be encouraged to grow with the business.The Role:
- Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service by handling each query promptly.
- Taking and making a high volume of calls.
- Closing sales, negotiating terms with insurers where necessary,
- Identifying any barriers to sales/renewals that arise and communicating these to the business.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a similar role is required,
- Sales training an advantage.
- Grandfathered, APA or CIP qualified or working towards insurance exams.
- Understand GDPR & Data protection requirements
