The perfect balance!THE SALES ADMINISTRATOR ROLEThis role will require strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in coordinating activities using SAP. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining effective coordination within the manufacturing process. This role requires a high degree of internal liaison with departments to ensure stock availability, meeting delivery dates and working with our finance team to ensure compliance. You will also be responsible for:

  • End to end customer management, demonstrating initiative and ownership to yield the best possible results.
  • Processing leads and sales quotes, generating orders and accurate input into SAP.
  • Acting as the point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and concerns related to manufacturing products.
  • Supporting the internal sales team across Europe with technical support as needed.

  • Solid and stable experience in a customer service / customer-centric role that involves a high level of initiative, problem solving and coordination. Manufacturing/Data Centre experience preferred but not prerequisite.
  • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system), EXCEL and forecasting
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to navigate complex customer and stakeholder conversations
  • A passion for collaboration; a highly collaborative, team player within both the direct team and organisation
