You will ensure that appropriate support and delivery processes are in place to enable the delivery of high quality service to end-users that meets business needs while complying with the relevant security and risk criteria.Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to be well positioned, to identify opportunities for technical solutions and process improvement ¿ and to proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction.
- Act as internal evangelist for Automation and be responsible for getting stakeholder buy-in for the implementation of initiatives, requirement specification, solution design, risk assessment and business implementation.
- Work closely with the relevant IT forums to ensure external stakeholders are aware of the status and development of the automation strategy and to ensure that the team is aligned to the overall group strategy.
- Drive greater understanding of the roles and services provided by the capability through product demonstrations, operating model presentations and demand generation workshops.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years¿ experience working with RPA OR 2+ years of programming experience (.NET, Java etc.) is required.
- Proven experience in operational management, with a focus on process automation, workflow solutions, and server management.
- Blue prism Basic Awareness and Surface Automation Trainings OR has completed any other training in one of the leading RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere) would be desirable
- Bachelor of Information Technology (IT) OR related field. Essential
