The role and what we’re looking for

The Risk Service Executive is a phone sales role responsible for retention of existing business and portfolio growth through effective management of Member renewals.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Manage the end-to-end process of an existing business protection renewals.

Conduct outbound renewal calls.

Demonstrate sales skills by identifying Member needs and matching appropriate additional sections and products.

Quickly build trusting relationships with Members and Capricorn Mutual field staff.

What will you bring?

Demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment.

Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multi-task updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.

Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite.

Experience

2 years’ experience within a Sales and Service oriented role.

Insurance industry experience (desirable)

Previous experience using CRM systems.

Previous experience in an outbound sales role highly desirable.

Qualification

ASIC RG146 tier 1 and tier 2 qualification (desirable)
