The Opportunity:

The Fisher Investments Ireland (FII or the Company) Risk Management Associate will play an important role in the operation of FII’s permanent and independent risk management function. Accountabilities also include maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements around risk management practices and submitting insightful findings. Reporting to the FII Chief Risk Officer in tandem with the existing prescriptions of FII Risk Management Framework.

The Day-to-Day:

• Maintain FII’s risk events register
• Support & maintain important risk indicator reporting and related documentation
• Help with the compilation and update of the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment on an annual basis
• Support risk reporting for the Joint Risk Committee, Board of Directors and other applicable leaders
• Support the annual update of FII Risk Management framework and related procedures
• Support the annual update the Internal Capital and Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ICLAAP) and related regulatory disclosures
• Conduct regulatory gap analysis on selected topics concerning risk

Your Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required in the following fields: economics, risk management or accounting
• One or more years experience in a risk management role within financial services or consulting experience
• Dynamic and receptive to an ever-changing environment
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and similar software
