Job Title: Risk Associate
Location: Dublin city centre – Remote-first (1-2 times a month in the office)
Package: €45,000 – €50,000 + Annual Bonus & BenefitsAbout the Role:
We are working with a growing Financial Services company that is looking to hire a Risk Associate to join their dynamic and expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a young, fast-paced environment, helping to enhance and manage the company’s risk framework. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and enhancement of the company’s risk framework.
• Perform 2nd line control testing and engage with risk owners.
• Provide management information on risk activities to senior stakeholders.
• Support the firm’s risk culture through communication and training.
• Manage incident processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support ad hoc risk-related queries from other departments.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Risk Management or Operational Risk within Financial Services, ideally in the Mortgage or Banking sectors.
• Knowledge of Consumer Protection Code (CPC) or relevant mortgage regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
• Cultural fit is key – someone proactive, collaborative, and adaptable.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland without visa support!
