LOCATION: Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex
SALARY: £22.60/hr + Company Benefits
HOURS: 49 hour/week: DAYS (07.45-20.15: 4*12.25hr shifts/Week inc alt. weekends)
Coben Healthcare is excited to provide ongoing support to one of the UK’s Largest Employee-Owned Care Companies with their latest vacancy, that of Registered Nurse to support their lovely medium sized Nursing home in Shoreham-by-Sea.
This bright, modern, purpose built Care Home with stunning gardens, is close to Brighton and Worthing and uses the latest Care technology, meaning you can spend more time with the service-users you care for.
With the excellent reputation this care home has, you will work a mix of days/nights as per the advanced rota and support this Home in continuing the highest standard of care come to be expected.

About You:
· You will have an active NMC Pin
· You will have a minimum of 12 months UK Nursing Home Experience
· You will have experience working in elderly care, including people with Alzheimer’s and other Dementia related conditions
· Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously
· Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
Your Responsibilities:
· To Assess Patients ‘health & care needs and develop care plans
· Administer Medication and monitor service-users response
· Provide Nursing care, including wound care and palliative care
· Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate personalized care
· Maintain accurate records and work within CQC guidelines
· Provide Emotional support to service-users and their families
