My retail client owns a number of award-winning large forecourt/service stations in premiums motorway locations across Kildare and Dublin.Each one consists of a convenience store, delicatessen, and a large food court offering customers the option to takeaway or sit down to some well-known food and coffee brands.A very successful Irish business this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail or hospitality Marketing Manager.Reporting to the CEO, you, and your team of three will be responsible for all marketing duties and for driving growth and footfall across all locations.You will work in close partnership with retail managers and operations as well as maintaining relationships with brand partners.Salary is €70k-€80k negotiable but must reflect the level of experience, plus Bonus.Key Responsibilities for the job of Marketing Manager, Retail

• Develop and manage a Marketing Strategy
• Interpret insights and analytics to improve targeting, growth, and customer relationship success
• Plan marketing and branding objectives
• Event Planning
• Graphic design, creating content and printing of brochures, newsletters, flyers, and point of sale
• Manage company sponsorship programmes and all other Public Relations opportunities
• Lead project launches and review the success, merits, and conversions of each
• Advertising to ensure full reaching and cost-effective campaigns
• Branding the company in an appropriate manner
• Develop and implement social media strategies
• Manage all current aspects of social media and websites
• Gather and analyse customer insight.
• Lead, mentor, and develop your marketing team
