What We Expect

• Oversee the daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pub and its offerings.
• Maintain inventory levels of food and beverages, managing supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, adjusting services and offerings.
• Facilitate community events and activities to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and update the menu, ensuring quality and Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Details

• 4 full day week: Wed – Sat (Some flexibility where needed)
• Short term help with relocation – Self-contained on-site – Single room with bathroom but no kitchen facilities
