Resource Deployment Consultant – UKI Assurance – ROI Audit
The Resource Deployment Consultant will work within the Ireland Resource Management team supporting the Ireland Assurance Service Line. The role is to coordinate the allocation of client facing resources to client work in Dublin Audit. This role provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to gain insights and experience in the planning process and demand management of client facing resources.
The RDC is the first point of contact and go-to person for all resource matters on a day-to-day basis, with primary contacts including Managers and Partners. The RDC is responsible for escalating any issues and concerns to their Resource Manager but is expected to resolve issues themselves in the majority.
Responsibilities
Ideally, you will have experience of working in resourcing, workflow, general HR or operations. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate. Experience of working in a professional services environment would be an advantage but not a requirement.
